Nonni comes to watch Henry 3 days per week while Chad and I work summer school. Eva came with her last week, which brought Henry so much joy! Here they are at Eckert's where things got off to a good start.

Swimming Lessons ~ Summer 2011

Henry took introductory swimming lessons for the first time this summer. He had a little trouble sitting with his class, but by the end (with a little behavior mod. from his parents) he had it down. He was always willing to go out in the water with his teachers, but he has a long way to go when it comes to actual skills :)

We attended the Shriner parade with our friends again this year (our annual tradition).

Our neighbor ,"Mr. Chad" (not to be confused with Daddy), has a riding lawnmower, and Henry loves getting to ride on the tractor. We're grateful that Mr. Chad frequently mows our yard along with his!

Found a great deal on this Power Wheels at a yard sale! Henry loves the siren! Who knew he could drive so well?

Soccer!

We signed Henry up for 3 year old soccer at a nearby park district. It's just on 6 Saturdays, a 1/2 hour of practice and a 1/2 hour game. He was a bit reluctant at first, but has gotten better each time we go. He definitely likes practice more than the games. You get your own ball during practice :)
